13/06/2009 - Swine Flu Update

As I’m sure you will have seen in the news the WHO have increased the Swine Flu alert to pandemic level.

I have taken the decision not to go in to contingency mode straight away however I will monitor the situation carefully and if there are confirmed infections in the local area we will get in contact with all clients to announce how we will continue to work during this difficult time.

29/04/2009 - Swine Flu Update

As a Swine Flu pandemic is imminent and there is a possibility of widespread disruption we would like to reassure our clients that we have put measures in place to ensure that we can continue business as usual.

Measures we will implement if the WHO pandemic alert goes to level 6:

• Site visits will be suspended.
• We will provide a direct mobile number to all of our clients in case the 0845 number is disrupted.
• We have backup mobile Internet connections in case any infrastructure is effected.
• We have hot backup servers ready to move clients websites to in case there are any disruptions with any of our data centres.
• All staff will telecommute to avoid any risk of cross-contamination.
